FEATURE: Third Brake Light - Flash/Pulse on Brake#3

Flash or pulse the third brake light when the brake is applied. The goal is to get drivers’ attention when the brake is applied to be sure they do not slow down too late and rear-end you.

Perhaps this only triggers when the brake is applied abruptly?

I’d like it whenever the brake is applied, suddenly, or under normal braking. Too many people staring at cell phones running into the back of people, even if there was no hard braking.
