FEATURE: Disable In Motion Menu Restrictions#5

Similar to the existing feature which allows keyboard input for navigation - this feature request is to allow us to make changes in all menus/settings (for instance, in the “Display” portion of UConnect, or in the “EVIC Setup” menu on the dash).

What about the “accept” button that must be pressed upon startup, maybe that could be bypassed as well. It’s gets old pressing accept every time
