Disable Traction Control#61

Permanetly disable Traction Control ; wheelspin is needed in certain conditions and traction surfaces

Especially in 4lo, currently when we use the factory reset of pushing the traction control button down for 5 seconds, it works, but lights up the dash like a christmas tree with warning that you have to look at. Would be great to not have to have the wanring lights all on.
