Allow an in-gear restart (without depressing clutch pedal) from stall without a time limit and add the ability to do so in 2 and 4H as well.
Manual transmission JLs have the ability to restart while in gear, but only within 20 seconds after stalling the engine in 4L. This is helpful during steep ascents or during water crossings when you might not want to depress the clutch, but the time limit and even the 4L requirement are too restrictive.
